Responsibilities
- Process and monitor mortgage and loan applications from start to finish
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and clients to obtain updates and documentation
- Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve any issues or delays
- Keep clients informed throughout the loan approval process
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM/database regularly
- Coordinate with the sales and mortgage teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Loan Progressor, Mortgage Administrator, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and banking process is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
