We are excited to offer a *NEW* Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the Mortgage Industry.
The Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) is a structured, full-time development program that prepares motivated candidates for a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Participants begin as Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), receive hands-on training in the mortgage process, and transition into a licensed LO role within 12–18 months based on performance.
Some prior mortgage experience is preferred. Early-career candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Complete structured training in mortgage processing, origination, compliance, and sales
Shadow experienced LOs and assist with real client scenarios
Participate in performance checkpoints and coaching sessions
