Loading & Unloading Helper / Warehouse Helper – UAE

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, materials, and products.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching materials.
• Move and arrange items within the warehouse or designated areas.
• Support drivers and warehouse staff during loading and unloading.
• Check goods for visible damage during handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform other general helper duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Be physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Be willing to work outdoors and during peak summer conditions when required.
• Previous loading, unloading, warehouse, logistics, or general helper experience is an advantage.
• Candidates currently inside the UAE are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary is AED 1,200–1,300 per month, depending on qualifications and interview results.
• Second-year salary is AED 1,300–1,400 per month, subject to performance evaluation.
• The company provides accommodation and an employment visa.
• Overtime is provided according to UAE Labour Law.
• Annual leave is 30 days, with annual leave salary according to UAE Labour Law.
• A two-way air ticket for annual vacation is provided according to company policy and eligibility.
• Loading and Unloading Helpers receive an AED 150 monthly summer bonus from June 1 to September 30.

Working Schedule

• Working hours are 9 hours plus a 1-hour break.
• The weekly day off is Saturday half-day plus Sunday full day.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in the UAE.
• The role may require outdoor work during peak summer conditions.
