- Base pay is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
First Shift Schedule
- First shift is scheduled for 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with hours varying based on operations.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
Role Overview
The role supports loading, shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory, and quality activities in a manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow manufacturing safety rules and package parts securely for transport.
- Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment and monitor trailer-load limits.
- Assist with inventory counts, use scanning equipment, and inspect work for defects.
- Provide cost-saving suggestions and support continuous improvement.
- Read and follow posted schedules and complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least one year of related manufacturing or comparable work experience.
- Good communication skills and basic computer skills.
