Load-Out Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate truck loadout systems and associated equipment to safely and efficiently load sand product into trucks.
• Verify truck positioning, product type, and load weights prior to and during loading operations.
• Operate and monitor loadout scales and ensure accuracy of weights and documentation.
• Complete loadout tickets, scale tickets, and required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with plant operations, supervisors, and drivers regarding load status, production issues, and operational changes.
• Pull product samples, as required, and adhere to strict quality control standards.
• Monitor product quality during loadout and report concerns or deviations immediately.
• Perform routine inspections of loadout equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Shovel and clean up spillage of sand, rock, or debris at conveyor transfer points, loadout chutes, scale areas, and surrounding work areas.
• Keep loadout and scale areas clean, washed down, and free of debris, with proper disposal of waste materials.
• Operate equipment within scope, which may include skid steer, loader, man lift, telehandler, or company vehicles.
• Observe and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations and identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Assist maintenance with basic tasks or special projects, as required.
• Support plant operations and assist in other areas of the facility as assigned.
• Cross-train in other operational roles, as required.
• Promote a positive company image during the course and scope of assigned duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
