As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving the encapsulation and purification of mRNA and genetic payloads, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Payload Encapsulation: Expertly encapsulate a range of genetic payloads, including mRNA, Circular RNA, and sgRNA, within a diverse array of lipids.

Precise Purification and Concentration: Follow LNP downstream processing SOP to perform LNP purification and concentrating. Related technical skill include but not limit to ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC methods.

Performing complicate antibody decorated LNP process and related purification process following SOP guidance

In process QC for LNP size, zeta, PDI, encapsulation efficiency measure and others, make sure following good documentation rule and take care for details

Nanoparticle Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on particle size and zeta potential to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
