Live Studio Operations Supervisor (TikTok)

Job Introduction

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage teams of hosts, floor managers, and content planners.
• Establish scheduling, training, and performance review systems.
• Develop SOPs to streamline communication and daily operations.
• Plan live show themes, scripts, and visual presentations aligned with MENA cultural practices.
• Design interactive mechanics to improve dwell time and conversion efficiency.
• Oversee on-site equipment, network connectivity, streaming quality, and host performance.
• Track viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, and GMV and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Build partnerships with local MCNs, creators, and agencies in the MENA region.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors and test growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in live streaming operations or content operations.
• At least 1 year of direct people management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Existing network of local hosts, KOLs, or MENA-region agencies.
• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok LIVE or YouTube Live.
• Experience building an overseas live team from scratch is preferred.
