Position Overview
- ONLY FEMALE POSITION
- Student Details: Grade 6, American Curriculum International School Khobar
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany the student to and from school and ensure a smooth daily routine
- Maintain regular communication with schoolteachers to monitor academic progress, upcoming exams, and school activities
- Provide academic support through homework assistance, structured study plans, and exam preparation
- Coordinate and accompany the student to extracurricular activities such as music, art, and sports classes
- Monitor and assess the student’s progress, providing feedback and adjusting support as needed
- Offer additional academic support during school holidays, including assistance in subjects such as Mathematics and Science, as well as support for hobbies and personal development
Working Schedule
- Sunday to Thursday (School Days): Morning 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM (school drop off and coordination with teachers if required); Afternoon starting from 2:30 PM (school pickup, academic support, and extracurricular supervision)
- Saturday: Flexible working schedule totaling approximately 8 hours, which may include academic preparation, accompanying the student to classes, supporting hobbies such as arts or sports
- School Holidays: Continued tutoring based on the student’s needs, including academic revision and enrichment activities; similar working structure applies during short breaks and the summer period
- Annual Leave: 30 days paid annual leave, typically taken during the summer period
