Role Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Help care for the family's 11-month-old child.
• Feed, provide water for, and care for the household cat.
• Keep the cat's feeding area and related items clean.
• Keep the home clean, tidy, organized, and safe for the child.
• Perform general household chores, laundry, and household organization.
• Shop for groceries and track household necessities.
• Cook and prepare meals.
• Support day-to-day family and household tasks.
• Learn and follow the family's routines and preferences.

Candidate Requirements

• Be comfortable around cats and have no cat allergy.
• Be willing to learn how to care for the cat properly.
• Be caring, gentle, and patient with babies.
• Be trustworthy, responsible, clean, organized, positive, proactive, reliable, and punctual.
• Be comfortable helping with cooking and managing household responsibilities.
• Respect the family's privacy and accept instructions.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Previous nanny or household experience is an advantage, not a stated requirement.
• Be interested in a stable, long-term position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary is AED 1,500 per month.
• The stated pay range is AED 1,300 to AED 3,000 per month.
• Private room with television and internet is provided.
• Accommodation, food, transportation, UAE visa costs, and associated employment costs are provided.
• A car is available for household-related duties if the candidate holds the appropriate valid driving licence.
• Two months of paid vacation per year and a return flight ticket are provided.
• Salary improvements and additional benefits may be available over time.

Schedule

• The position is full-time and live-in.
• The schedule is six working days per week with one day off.
• The employer describes the opportunity as stable and long term.
