Hancock Daniel , a nationally recognized law firm, is hiring a civil litigation Associate Attorney with experience in complex defense work or insurance litigation to join our Litigation Team in Richmond, Virginia.
What You’ll Do
You'll be trusted with meaningful, hands-on litigation work from the start, including:
Case evaluation and strategy development
Client interaction and collaboration with experienced partners
Engagement with experts
Pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep
Courtroom exposure and growth as a litigator

Who We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Virginia, or ability to waive in
2+ years of litigation experience
Strong legal research and writing skills
A commitment to exceptional client service and continuous learning
