Union House Properties is expanding and looking for a professional Listing Specialist to support our growing Abu Dhabi real estate operations.
We are searching for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in building strong landlord relationships, acquiring verified listings, and maintaining accurate property inventory.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Acquire and manage verified property listings across Abu Dhabi
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners
✔ Coordinate with sales, leasing, and marketing teams
✔ Ensure listing accuracy, pricing, availability, and documentation updates
✔ Conduct regular landlord follow-ups and inventory checks
✔ Manage CRM records and property listing platforms professionally
✔ Support property marketing and viewing coordination
✔ Maintain high-quality and updated inventory standards
Requirements
- Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, listings, leasing, or property management
- Strong communication and landlord relationship skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- Good understanding of Abu Dhabi communities and rental market
- Experience using CRM systems and property portals
- Ability to manage listing data accurately and professionally
- Fluent English communication required
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- UAE driving license and personal car preferred
