Job Summary

  • Seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Listing Coordinator to manage and maintain property listings across all real estate portals, CRM systems, and marketing channels.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and published promptly while coordinating with agents, marketing, and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals.
  • Upload high quality property photos, videos, floor plans, and descriptions.
  • Verify listing accuracy, pricing, availability, and ownership documents before publishing.
  • Ensure all listings comply with ADREC/DLD and portal guidelines.
  • Monitor listing performance and renew, deactivate, or update expired properties.
  • Coordinate with sales agents to collect complete property information.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate data.
  • Prepare listing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for featured listings and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle listing approvals, quality checks, and documentation.
  • Ensure duplicate listings are removed and data remains clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to property inventory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Listing Coordinator in a UAE real estate company.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with ADREC (Abu Dhabi) and/or Dubai real estate regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PropSpace, Bitrix24, BrokerPad, Salesforce, or similar real estate CRMs.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing teams.
