About The Role

RE/MAX ZAM is looking for a proactive, target-driven, and highly organized Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sourcing property listings, communicating with owners and landlords, verifying property details, and keeping listings accurate, complete, and ready for marketing.

The Listing Agent will be responsible for building a strong inventory of verified listings and supporting management's direct property requirements.

The right candidate should be comfortable working with targets, consistently following up, speaking with property owners, collecting listing content, and maintaining clear records in company systems.

Listing Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Actively source new property listings from owners, landlords, developers, investors, and real estate contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
  • Identify available units that match market demand, client requirements, and management requirements.
  • Verify ownership details, availability, asking price, commission terms, and listing conditions.
  • Ensure listings are usable, accurate, and ready for marketing or client presentation.

Monthly Listing Target

  • Maintain a consistent and healthy listing pipeline.
  • Ensure listings are properly documented, updated, and complete.
  • Provide weekly updates on secured listings, pending listings, and follow-up progress.

Management & Ceo Requirement Support

  • Source matching properties based on direct requirements from management.
  • Coordinate with owners, landlords, developers, and agents to obtain suitable options.
  • Provide clear updates on available options, pricing, location, size, availability, and next steps.
  • Prioritize urgent requirements and ensure a fast turnaround.

Listing Content & Inventory Management

  • Collect complete listing information, including:
  • Property photos
  • Videos
  • Location details
  • Floor plans, if available
  • Property size and layout
  • Price and payment terms
  • Availability status
  • Owner/landlord details
  • Required listing documentation, where applicable
  • Ensure photos and videos are clear, professional, and suitable for marketing.
  • Use Bitrix to record, organize, update, and track secured listings.
  • Maintain listing inventory in a clear and structured format for management, agents, marketing, and clients.
  • Coordinate with the listing/admin or marketing team when listings need to be published or promoted.

Listing Quality & Accuracy

  • Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and not misleading.
  • Confirm availability before sharing listings with clients or the team.
  • Avoid duplicate, outdated, or incomplete listings.
  • Maintain proper documentation for each listing.
  • Follow company standards for listing quality and compliance.

Own Listings & Sales Activity

  • Manage inquiries related to your own generated listings.
  • Conduct viewings, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal coordination where applicable.
  • Generate leads from your own listings and support deal closure.
  • Earn commission on closed deals generated from your own listings, based on the company’s commission structure.

Key Performance Indicators

  • 100 verified listings secured per month.
  • Listing completeness and accuracy.
  • Fast response time for management requirements.
  • Weekly reporting on listing progress.
  • Quality of owner/landlord communication.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals from own listings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate listings, property sourcing, leasing, sales, or owner coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with owners, landlords, developers, and agents.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collect and update listing information accurately.
  • Basic understanding of property photos, videos, listing quality, and marketing readiness.
  • Comfortable using CRM or tracking systems; Bitrix experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and report clearly.
  • UAE real estate market knowledge is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
