About the Role
CoolIT Systems is seeking a Specialist Liquid Cooling Engineer to manage strategic relationships with designers, consulting firms, and hyperscalers across EMEA. You will drive revenue growth by serving as the primary technical interface, providing expertise in liquid cooling solutions for data centers.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and corporate account teams to support industry specific or strategic technical sales opportunities
- Consult on thermal management solutions improving cold plate and cooling distribution unit performance
- Work closely with designer/clients to understand technology requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide training
- Lead problem solving efforts using root cause analysis methodologies to resolve application or best practice concerns at customer sites
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
- Lead innovation pilot applications, technical trials and market trials
- Facilitate training for associates and customers, sharing specialized knowledge
Requirements
- Demonstrable technical expertise and experience in liquid cooling solutions
- Proven experience in complex cooling solutions/equipment and engineered solutions from data center and wider industry
- Excellent communicator, able to consult, coach and mentor both internal stakeholders and customers
- Value mindset with focus on delivering measurable savings and impact to customers
- Solution oriented, problem solving mindset to complex challenges
- Willing and able to travel throughout Europe to customer sites
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of successful technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support experience preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License

- The Specialist Liquid Cooling Engineer is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Designer, Consulting Firms, Colocators, hyperscalers across EMEA region.
- Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, business expansion, and market share by serving as the primary technical interface.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and corporate account teams to support industry specific or strategic technical sales opportunities.
- Consult on thermal management solutions improving cold plate and cooling distribution unit performance.
- Work closely with designer/clients to understand their technology requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide training.
- Lead problem solving efforts by utilizing various root cause analysis methodologies.

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrable technical expertise and experience in liquid cooling solutions.
- Proven experience in complex cooling solutions/equipment and engineered solutions from data center and the wider industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong technical knowledge of liquid cooling systems and solutions.
- 2+ years of successful technical implementation, production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support experience.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
