Position Summary

Support a wide range of housekeeping functions and help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Use a hands-on approach to ensure hotel spaces contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest requests and support housekeeping operations.
  • Stock carts and clean rooms and public spaces.
  • Perform other similar responsibilities required to maintain guest environments.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
