Reports to: Executive Chef - Front Range
Job Category: Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time
Salary Range: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour DOE
Job Summary
The line cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food at a station in a kitchen, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency of the food prepared.
Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- 6+ months of restaurant cooking experience preferred.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification or ability to acquire CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding safe food preparation required.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Cultural sensitivity.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely fashion.
