- Follow the FIFO system by prioritizing the first received orders before new orders
- Check that every dish is sent to the correct table with the correct order details
- Check plating, garnish, and decoration of dishes before leaving the kitchen according to standards
- Communicate with kitchen sections and service team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at the pass area
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a busy restaurant environment
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and plating standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team

Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Line Pass Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements

Pay
