Position Overview

Qualifications

• OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problem
• Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift
• SAP knowledge would be considered an asset
• First consideration will be given to employees who have been displaced from their jobs for positions with the same grade or lower. • In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.23 + $1.00 shift differential
• Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Plan .
