As a Line Cook at Moxies, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of Executive Chef Brandon Thordarson, known for his culinary excellence and commitment to fresh flavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently while maintaining company standards
- Lead shifts and assist in managing budgetary goals
- Promote positive team morale through contests and support
- Ensure the use of top-quality ingredients while managing costs
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant with strong production skills
- Desire to motivate and develop team members
- Committed to continuous improvement and inclusivity
- Energetic, positive, and embracing of diversity
- Culinary leadership experience is a plus
