Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen

Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution during service

Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing procedures

Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards

Work collaboratively with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent guest experience

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Reliable attendance and positive attitude
