LIMS Consultant

Overview As a LIMS Consultant on our Professional Services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers post-sale, with a focus on implementing our next-generation LIMS platform, Labbit.

Drawing on your expertise in laboratory science and informatics, you’ll serve as a dedicated consultant, working directly with customers to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our product.

This role spans consultation, requirements gathering, documentation, LIMS configuration, validation testing, support ticket resolution, and light project management.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our implementation and customer success teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each customer’s unique workflows.

In some cases, you may also support customer projects outside of Labbit.

• Serve as the primary scientific and technical contact for customers during implementation projects
• Utilize technical and domain expertise to understand client needs and translate them into solution designs, software requirements, and implementation plans
• Create scope estimates and/or feature development requests for Implementation teams
• Configure LIMS to meet user requirements
• Create test plans and execute testing to ensure that the configured system meets client needs
• Lead project coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are clearly communicated and met
