Responsibilities
- Design and implement lighting setups for events and installations
- Create lighting plans, pre production prep, programming lighting control systems, and testing equipment prior to events
- Collaborate with audio, video, and staging teams, supporting setup and teardown
- Troubleshoot lighting issues during live events
- Maintain lighting inventories and ensure all installations comply with local regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Skills in Lighting Design and general Lighting principles
- Skills in Lighting Control systems, including programming, operation, and integration
- Relevant experience in event or entertainment lighting, preferably within AV or live production environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with industry standard lighting consoles and software
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and local building codes

Role Description

- Skills in Lighting Control systems, including programming, operation, and integration with other AV equipment.
- Relevant experience in event or entertainment lighting, preferably within AV or live production environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with industry standard lighting consoles and software.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and local building codes; certification in relevant safety practices is a plus.
