Role Description

  • The Lighting Area Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • The position is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, focusing on lighting products and solutions for architectural, industrial, commercial, and urban projects.
  • Daily tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, and conducting product presentations and site visits.
  • The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with technical and design teams to align solutions with project requirements, and following up on bids and tenders to secure orders.
  • The Lighting Area Sales Manager also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in lighting, electrical, or construction related industries.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, lighting design concepts, and project requirements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Competence in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting and forecasting methods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulations relevant to construction and lighting projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with readiness to travel within the assigned area.
