About the Role
Humoud Salman Building Materials Trading is hiring a Light Vehicle Driver cum Office Boy to transport staff and items, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide office support including cleaning, serving refreshments, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, visitors, and company items to designated locations
- Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the company vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises including common areas and meeting rooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry items
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing the office for events
- Run errands such as going to the bank or post office
- Report any maintenance issues in the office or with the vehicle
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for light vehicles
- Proven work experience as a light vehicle driver
- Ability to operate vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions
- Knowledge of local road networks and routes
- Ability to read maps and follow GPS directions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if required
