Role Overview
AUXILIUM SERVICES is hiring an experienced Light Gauge Steel Structural Engineer for modular and offsite construction work in the UAE.
The role focuses on structural design, analysis, and coordination of prefabricated modular building systems.
Location and Industry
- The role is based in the UAE.
- The industry is modular and offsite construction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in LGS or cold-formed steel structures.
- Proven experience in modular or offsite construction.
- Strong knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE, and IBC standards.
- Experience with FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures, and Revit.
- Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or STRAP.
- Strong understanding of connection design, bracing systems, load transfer, and tolerances.
- Ability to coordinate with factory, architectural, MEP, QA/QC, and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCC or UAE modular project experience is preferred.
- Exposure to modular manufacturing and factory QA/QC workflows is preferred.
