Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities on site
- Ensure all lifting operations are conducted according to approved lifting plans
- Verify crane certifications, lifting equipment, and operator competency
- Conduct toolbox talks and pre lift meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and HSE regulations
- Inspect lifting gear and ensure proper usage and maintenance
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
- Stop unsafe lifting activities and implement corrective actions
- Maintain records of lifting operations and inspections
Requirements
