Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of lifting equipment, cranes, hoists, lifting accessories, and related machinery
- Verify compliance with applicable inspection standards, safety requirements, and client specifications
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and technical documentation
- Identify defects, nonconformities, unsafe conditions, and inspection findings
- Coordinate with clients, site representatives, and internal teams for inspection activities
- Ensure inspection activities are carried out professionally, safely, and within agreed timelines
- Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and professional integrity during all inspection assignments
- Support operational excellence and technical compliance within inspection services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in Lifting Equipment Inspection
- LEEA Certification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, cranes, hoists, lifting accessories, and international inspection standards
- Experience in preparing inspection reports and technical documentation
- Good communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to work independently at client sites and under operational deadlines
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and professional ethics

About the Role
- CIB Mars is looking for qualified and experienced Inspection Engineers with hands on expertise in Lifting Equipment Inspection to support UAE operations.
- The selected candidate will conduct inspections of lifting equipment, cranes, hoists, lifting accessories, and related machinery in accordance with applicable international standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge, accurate reporting skills, client coordination ability, and a commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
