Job Description
We are urgently seeking a **LEEA Certified Lifting Appointed Person** to oversee and coordinate lifting operations on site.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories, and procedures in compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting activities on site.
- Ensure all lifting equipment and accessories are inspected and certified.
- Prepare and approve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with site management, crane operators, riggers, and safety teams.
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines during lifting operations.
- Report and document all lifting activities, incidents, or near misses.
Requirements
- **Mandatory:** Valid **LEEA Certification**.
- Proven experience as an Appointed Person for lifting operations.
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE construction industry and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
