The Lifestyle Concierge Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of the Lifestyle Concierge operation.
The position will oversee four major service departments:
The Manager will ensure that all client requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with the company’s service standards.
The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments and service providers simultaneously.
The Lifestyle Concierge Manager will act as the central point of coordination between clients, suppliers, internal departments, and management, ensuring that every request is delivered seamlessly from initial enquiry through completion and settlement.
Manage and supervise the four divisions of the Lifestyle Concierge operation.
Establish clear procedures and service standards for each department.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between Travel, Hotels, Transportation, F&B, and Accounts.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
Develop and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Resolve operational issues and client complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling VIP and high-value clients.
Oversee all travel-related requests, including flights, private aviation, hotels, villas, resorts, and other accommodation requirements.

Ensure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms are negotiated with suppliers.
Supervise booking accuracy, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and follow-up.
Develop relationships with key hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
Ensure that all bookings are properly recorded and communicated to clients and relevant departments.
Manage transportation requirements, including luxury vehicles, chauffeur services, airport transfers, and special transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with internal drivers and external transportation providers.
Ensure vehicles and chauffeurs meet the required service and presentation standards.
Monitor transportation schedules and ensure timely execution of all services.
Maintain a reliable network of transportation suppliers and negotiate preferential rates where possible.
Oversee restaurant, café, lounge, club, event, and other F&B reservations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium restaurants and hospitality venues.
Handle VIP reservations, special occasions, private dining, events, and exclusive arrangements.
Ensure client preferences and special requirements are communicated accurately to venues.
Negotiate preferred access, rates, commissions, and special arrangements with F&B partners where applicable.
Supervise the Accounts section responsible for all Lifestyle Concierge transactions.
Ensure accurate recording of revenues, supplier costs, client charges, commissions, and margins.
Monitor outstanding client balances and supplier payments.
Ensure that all transactions are properly supported by invoices, receipts, booking confirmations, and other documentation.
Review the profitability of individual transactions and services.
Work closely with management to monitor revenue, gross profit, and departmental performance.
Ensure proper controls are in place to minimize financial errors, leakage, and unauthorized transactions.
Maintain a high level of personal attention toward key and VIP clients.
Understand client preferences and proactively anticipate their requirements.
Ensure requests are handled with speed, discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
Handle escalated client requirements and complaints personally when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, travel arrangements, preferences, and financial transactions.
Build and maintain a strong network of hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants, clubs, DMCs, and other lifestyle service providers.
Negotiate commissions, rates, credit facilities, upgrades, preferred access, and other commercial benefits.
Continuously identify new suppliers and services that can enhance the company’s concierge offering.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure service levels meet company standards.
Monitor supplier commissions and ensure that all earned commissions are properly recorded and collected.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Lifestyle Concierge team.
Establish individual responsibilities and performance objectives.
Monitor staff productivity, quality of service, response times, and accuracy.
Conduct regular team meetings and operational briefings.
Identify training requirements and provide appropriate coaching.
Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Promote a professional, cooperative, and client-focused working environment.
The Lifestyle Concierge Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, including:
Total sales and revenue
Gross profit and margins
Number and value of bookings
Repeat and VIP clients
Supplier commissions
Client response and turnaround time
Client satisfaction
Outstanding receivables
Supplier payment status
Departmental operating costs
Staff productivity
Number and resolution time of client complaints
The Lifestyle Concierge Manager will have the authority, within limits approved by management, to:
Approve operational arrangements and supplier bookings.
Negotiate rates and commercial terms with suppliers.
Resolve client service issues.
Authorize routine operational expenses within the approved Delegation of Authority (DOA).
Reallocate staff resources according to operational requirements.
Recommend new suppliers, services, and commercial partnerships.
Escalate significant financial, operational, or client-related matters to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, or a similar environment.
Proven experience managing multiple departments or operational functions.
Strong knowledge of travel, hotel, transportation, and F&B services.
dealing with VIP and high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of financial controls, invoicing, margins, and profitability.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and other languages would be an advantage.
Strong computer and reporting skills.

The primary objective of the Lifestyle Concierge Manager is to deliver a seamless, premium concierge experience to clients while ensuring that the four divisions operate efficiently, professionally, and profitably.
The Manager will be accountable for the overall performance of the Lifestyle Concierge operation and will serve as the key link between clients, operational teams, suppliers, and senior management.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
