Role Overview
The Lifestyle Bartender creates unique and memorable guest experiences through beverage service and hospitality.
The role requires beverage expertise, awareness of current trends, local specialty recommendations, and adaptation to guest needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages and provide knowledgeable advice to guests.
- Keep the bar pleasant and fully functional.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs while delivering attentive service.
- Communicate and work effectively with the hotel team and wider community.
- Maintain attention to detail in cash handling, beverage quality, and guest recommendations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Workplace and Physical Requirements
- The position is full time and not remote.
- Employees must remain standing and moving for long periods during work.
- The role includes lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) without assistance.
- The role includes reaching for objects at high or low levels, bending, and rotating the body.
