- El Barman tendrá las habilidades básicas, pero constantemente buscará nuevas tendencias del mercado, y entender las necesidades del huésped como van evolucionando.

APTITUDES DESEABLES
- Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (GED).
- Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral afín.
- Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.
- Licencia o certificación: Ninguna.
