Position Summary
Create memorable and unique beverage and guest-service experiences.
Serve as a beverage enthusiast and host, taking ownership of guest service beyond the bar.
Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
- Handle money, guest information, and drink quality with close attention to detail.
- Follow safety policies and procedures, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on physical work.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification.

- The position is full time.
- The role is not located remotely.
- The position is classified as non-management.
