Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service and broader hospitality support.
Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar attractive, organized, and fully functional.
Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages while staying aware of trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
- Host the bar space and take ownership of guest service beyond the bar itself.
- Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain careful standards for transactions, guest information, and drink quality.
Work Standards
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance and communicate appropriately with guests and colleagues.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks involving objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
