Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences through beverage service and broader hospitality support.

Act as a host who anticipates and delivers on guest needs.

Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
  • Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate guest needs.
  • Pay close attention to money handling, guest information, and drink quality.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on physical work.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
