Position Summary

Serve as a bartender and host who creates memorable guest experiences beyond mixing drinks.

Use beverage knowledge and attention to detail to meet evolving guest needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality drinks and maintain a bar that looks and functions flawlessly.
  • Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to anticipate guest needs.
  • Handle money accurately and provide useful information to guests.
  • Follow company policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and support a safe workplace.
  • Maintain a professional uniform and appearance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
