Position Summary
Create memorable and unique beverage and guest-service experiences.
Serve as a beverage professional and host who takes ownership of the broader guest experience.
Use beverage knowledge and expertise to keep the bar looking and functioning flawlessly.
Schedule and Workplace
- The position is full time at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
- The role is not remote and is classified as non-management.
- The work requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on physical activity.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor beverage trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
- Build relationships across the hotel and in the community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
- Maintain attention to guest service, money handling, information accuracy, and drink quality.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
