Position Information

The position is in Food and Beverage and Culinary at East Crescent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The position is full time and non-management.

  • The position is not remote and requires working at the Dubai hotel location.

Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique beverage experiences while providing broad guest service.

Use beverage knowledge and hospitality expertise to operate the bar effectively and anticipate guest needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality drinks and stay informed about beverage trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs.
  • Host the bar space, take ownership of guest service, and ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly.
  • Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver on guest needs.
  • Handle transactions accurately, provide guest information, and maintain drink quality.
  • Follow company policies and safety standards, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional appearance standards.
  • Stand and move for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
