- Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate with appropriate staff
- Fill service cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- Enter guest rooms following procedures and replace guest supplies
- Deliver VIP amenities and remove trash and room service items
- Check appliances and assess room cleanliness, notify housekeeping if needed
- Provide lifestyle services such as packing/unpacking, pressing/ironing, shoe polishing, food/drink deliveries
Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No related work experience required
- Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to push and pull a loaded service cart over sloping and uneven surfaces
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
