What We’re Looking For
In depth knowledge of employee benefits or workplace pensions ideally with experience with flexible benefits technology or benefits platform implementation with a good understanding of defined contribution pension arrangements
A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes
Experience of working with multiple clients and delivering solutions
Strong presentation and communication skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
