Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of resort guests.
• Assigned to a zone of protection, ensure guest safety and enforce safety rules.
• Provide instructions to swimmers.
• Hose down after the operating day.
• Contribute to resort clean up, including trash pickup, pressure washing, etc.
• Perform job function within all the resort policies, standards and procedures.
• Stand for long periods of time and perform activities that require flexibility.
• Tolerate cold and hot weather, plus cold water.
• Lift heavy people on a backboard and physical exertion to perform rescues.
• Carry heavy objects such as hoses, tables, and signs.
• Perform any and all tasks as assigned by your supervisors necessary for the operation.
• Other assigned duties necessitated by operational demand.
• Suitable candidate must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/she must have strong attention to details, flexibility and must be able to work under pressure. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
