Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability and water safety skills, including the capacity to perform rescues in various conditions.
• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized authority, with up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications.
• Attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Clear and calm communication skills to enforce rules, provide safety guidance, and interact with guests and colleagues.
• Physical fitness and stamina suitable for standing, patrolling pool areas, and managing emergency situations.
• Ability to follow established safety protocols, work within a team, and coordinate with security and cleaning staff.
• Experience in pool, beach, or waterpark lifeguarding is preferred; prior work in security or hospitality is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
