About the Role
AL ASWAD TOURISM LLC seeks a Lifeguard to enforce water safety policies, respond to emergencies, and maintain facility cleanliness. Requires current lifeguard certifications, strong swimming ability, and vigilance.

Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate and enforce water safety policies, facility guidelines, and diving rules to prevent injuries
- Initiate the facility's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) by performing water rescues, administering CPR/AED, and providing first aid
- Conduct routine safety checks on pool equipment, test chemical levels, monitor water quality, and clean the pool deck and locker rooms
- Address guest inquiries, provide assistance, and foster a welcoming, family friendly environment
Requirements
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding, Pool Life Guard Certification from Dubai
- Strong swimming ability with capacity to tread water, swim extended distances, and perform in water rescues with heavy weights
- Excellent observational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and focused during high pressure situations
