Typical Day Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor pool activity, prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming.
- Respond to emergencies according to the emergency action plan and provide rescue or first aid when necessary.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain the pool area regularly.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards for guests and team members.
