About the Role
Opofinance is looking for a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Specialist to own email and lifecycle communications end-to-end. You will design, build, and deploy segmented, multi-language campaigns for a regulated forex/CFD broker.

Responsibilities
- Operate CRM and email platform: configure campaigns, triggers, and automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, verification nudges, first deposit, reactivation, win back).
- Build and maintain dynamic client segments based on lifecycle stage, behavior, geography, and language.
- Keep the database healthy: hygiene, deduplication, suppression lists, and consent management.
- Protect deliverability and sender reputation (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce and complaint monitoring).
- Plan, build, schedule, and deploy recurring newsletters and one off promotional and educational campaigns across markets.
- Own the email calendar in coordination with Content, Design, and Performance teams.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, and CTAs — and iterate on results.
- Deliver accurate personalization, dynamic content, and localization per market.
- Hand code responsive HTML email templates that render flawlessly across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile.
- Maintain a modular, on brand template library.
- Map and refine the client lifecycle and the messaging strategy for each stage.
- Track and report on engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics — and turn insights into improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience deploying email newsletters and automated lifecycle campaigns at scale
- Strong hand coded, responsive HTML/CSS email skills with cross client testing know how
- Solid grasp of segmentation, database management, and list hygiene
- Working knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation)
- Analytical mindset comfortable with A/B testing, metrics, and reporting
- Hands on experience with any CRM / email marketing platform
