Company Description

  • Partner of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and North Africa.
  • Operates a state of the art simulation center in Dubai.

Role Description

  • Deliver high quality training in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and related courses in line with AHA/ASHI and DCAS guidelines
  • Plan and conduct classroom and simulation based sessions
  • Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure accurate documentation of attendance, evaluations, and certification records
  • Maintain training equipment and simulation manikins
  • Support course scheduling and logistics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of course content and teaching materials
  • Collaborate with clinical and academic teams to align training with current evidence based practices and regulatory requirements in the UAE

Qualifications

  • Current DCAS license and valid AHA and/or ASHI instructor certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS), with up to date provider status in relevant life support courses
  • Clinical background in nursing, paramedicine, emergency medicine, or another relevant healthcare discipline, with hands on experience in acute or critical care settings
  • Strong instructional and facilitation skills, including classroom teaching, skills demonstration, simulation based training, and learner assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of healthcare professionals and adapt teaching styles
  • Solid knowledge of current resuscitation guidelines, patient safety principles, and emergency response protocols
  • Organizational and administrative abilities, including maintaining accurate course records, managing schedules, and ensuring equipment readiness and safety
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and learning technologies
