Design, develop, and deploy V&V hardware and software test solutions, systems, and automated test fixtures necessary for comprehensive Lidar sensor characterisation and validation.

Design and develop scenes containing objects placed at several range locations to characterize Lidar systems is a controlled environment.
Execute detailed test plans, protocols, and test cases (functional, performance, reliability, environmental, etc.) on Lidar systems.
Manage, process, and analyze large datasets generated from testing activities to identify performance trends, system anomalies, and root causes of failures.
Generate accurate and timely V&V reports, including detailed test results, summaries, and documentation required for compliance and internal review.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Hardware, Software) to review requirements, ensure testability, and drive timely issue resolution.
Participate in defining and refining the overall V&V strategy and best practices under the guidance of the V&V Manager.
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Verification and Validation, Test Engineering, or Quality Assurance for complex hardware/software systems.
Experience working with electromechanical or optical systems (experience with Lidar or similar sensor technology is a strong plus).
Strong proficiency in Python for test scripting, automation, and data analysis.

Proven experience contributing to or implementing test software architecture and frameworks.
Experience with data analysis techniques and tools for handling large datasets (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, MATLAB).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
