Supervisory experience; experience with multitasking, particularly with high level and priority tasks Experience with customer service operations, (licensing hotline, mail, online customer complaint handling and responses) -Comprehensive knowledge of the complex statewide Licensing program and a thorough understanding of the important role the program plays in ensuring self-sufficiency and family well-being -Advanced knowledge of federal and state laws and policies affecting the programs of the Division of Licensing Programs -Familiarity with the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Administrative Code
