• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead opportunities.
• Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and stay current on insurance products and industry changes.
• Active GA Property & Casualty insurance license required. If out of state you must obtain your non-residents P&C before employment.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
