- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead opportunities.
- Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and stay current on insurance products and industry changes.
- Active GA Property & Casualty insurance license required. If out of state you must obtain your non-residents P&C before employment.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Life license is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
