  • With offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Beijing, Cairo and Baghdad, the firm specializes in serving Chinese enterprises abroad, providing expertise in Construction Claims, Financial Investments, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolutions.
  • The Riyadh office is currently seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Lawyer.

Role Description

  • Handle dispute resolution legal matters in areas including cross border trade, labor disputes, contract disputes, and construction projects, covering litigation, arbitration, and related proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and case investigations; collect, organize, and analyze relevant legal materials and evidence.
  • Independently draft various legal memorandum such as complaints, statements of defense, etc.; efficiently complete evidence preparation, case law retrieval, and other tasks.
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant government authorities in Saudi Arabia; assist in matters involving regulatory and enforcement authorities, including customs, police departments, and public prosecution offices.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of legal work experience (including but not limited to experience in law firms, courts, or related institutions).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiar with government administrative processes; experienced and capable in liaising with various government agencies; able to efficiently coordinate and resolve various administrative affairs and criminal cases.
  • Capable of independently communicating with clients; providing consulting services and responding to legal inquiries.
  • Experience working with Chinese clients or familiarity with the Chinese legal market is preferred;
  • Priority consideration for candidates with dispute resolution legal service experience in the construction project field.
