Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy to clients with a broad range of mental health concerns
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate diagnoses
- Develop collaborative treatment plans
- Administer and interpret standardized psychological tests
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology with evidence based therapeutic approaches
- Strong clinical background in PDT/CBT/DBT/EMDR
- Competence in Psychological Testing including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
- Expertise in Mental Health assessment and treatment across a range of disorders
- Current DHA or CDA license in the United Arab Emirates
- 2 years of post graduate proven and documented clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Role Description
- The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy to clients presenting with a broad range of mental health concerns.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing collaborative treatment plans.
- The role involves administering and interpreting standardized psychological tests, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions.
- This is a full time, on site role based at IASO Wellbeing Centre in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence based therapeutic approaches.
- Strong clinical background in PDT/CBT/DBT/EMDR.
- Competence in Psychological Testing, including administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.
- Expertise in Mental Health assessment and treatment across a range of disorders.
- Current DHA or CDA license in the United Arab Emirates.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- 2 years of post graduate proven and documented clinical experience is mandatory.
